Exercises For: Big And Strong Legs (Quadriceps)

1. (Hack) Squat

The king of all quad exercises. You can perform a barbell, smith machine, belt or hack squat version. Make sure to stay upright and don't lean forward with your back. Make sure to hit at least parallel and allow proper foot position for your body

2. Wide Stance Leg Press 

Using a wider stance allows your legs to travel a lot deeper!

3. Leg Extension
Switch between pointing your toes slightly in- and outward to train the outside- and inside of your quads, respectively.
