Exercises For: An All-Round Big Chest!

1. Hammer Strength Incline Machine Press

To build up the chest in general but to put more emphasis on the upper part of the muscle, we choose an incline machine press. Most machine presses allow you do go deeper than a conventional barbell bench press without the limitations of our grip, our central nervous system or risk of failure/injury!

2. Smith Machine Flat Bench/Incline Bench Press

Allows for a safe and lockable chest press while having more stability than a barbell. *Choose an incline for more emphasis on the upper part of the chest

3. Dumbell Flat/Incline Bench Press

Dumbells can travel deeper down than barbells. Make sure to stabilize well and to push the dumbells out as far as you can. *Choose an incline for more emphasis on the upper part of the chest

4. Cable Flyes
Make sure to allow the cables to travel slightly beyond the middle as our chest muscle is capable of stretches far beyond what most people allow themselves!
